Applicants must complete and submit the following:
1. Application for Admission (Howard University Online Application).
2. An official transcript with at least a 2.50 GPA. Transcripts may be submitted via an e-Transcript system (to firstname.lastname@example.org) if available (highly preferred). If your school does not have an e-Transcript system, please submit a copy of your transcript via mail (not preferred, as there may be significant delays in our receipt of mailed items). You may not submit your school transcript via email.
3. An official letter of permission from the student’s home school. The letter should include the student’s GPA and a list of courses the student is authorized to take at Howard. This letter may be sent via mail or via email to email@example.com. Applications will not be processed until such letter is received.
