Experience The Mecca!

Visiting Howard University provides students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the Howard Experience and to interact with our students, faculty and staff. With the main campus sitting on a hilltop of 256 acres in Northwest Washington D.C., Howard serves as a connecting hub for professional and personal development opportunities in the heart of the nation’s capital. Our campus visit program is designed to provide our guests with information about our wide range of academic programs, the admission process, financial aid, and student life on campus. View our various tour types below and schedule a visit to experience The Mecca up close!

*SCHEDULE NOTICE

As Howard University prepares to celebrate Commencement and honor the achievements of our graduating Bison, campus daily tours and group tours will be paused during the month of May. This is a special time on the Yard as we recognize the legacy, excellence, and accomplishments of our students. We look forward to welcoming you to The Mecca when campus tours resume in June.
